North Germany, walking next to the Sea of Memories
Some moments you never want to let go of. A vast flood of nostalgia swept over me as I walked down the beaches looking far off into the distance of the Ocean, a sense of calm swept over me and I felt at peace.

Anthony McCall: 5 Minutes of Pure Sculpture
A month or so back I was very lucky to see the works of Anthony McCall , a new York Based artist that used light to shape his creative pieces. Whilst in Berlin he received a very positive audience feedback, myself included, so I must say how enjoyable and relaxing his works of art are. Shaping light in a such a way reminded me of the program BBC: Light Fantastic, an inspirational program that showed science in a new "light".

Xiaoxi (Nancy) Zhang the blogger of modern day Fashion & Art
The girl of XiaoxiZhang and known as Nancy by many fashion and art lovers is the person I have been taking pictures of for almost 3 years now. I have always had a love for photography since I first saw pictures from Ansel Adams as a student. That moment of young, and passion when his work just made such sense to me. So enjoy the pictures, also look at her very famous blog www.xiaoxizhang.com . I am so happy that all the hard work paid off, and her career has taken off so well. =)
To boot, all of her pictures were made with a tiny 450D camera! Now tho, we are using the 60D!

Paul & Jia, Lovers to a Fashion
Paul & Jia, as jack and jill they fit together so well. At times "expect" something a little different from my street photography as with this set. I wonder what is your favorite love story?
Charming Man, with Berlin at his Fingertips
Well, not quite literally. I really liked his demeanor, the neat self presentation and a cheeky smile ever so slanted (purposefully might one add) was the reason why the tittle best fits him. Not only this when I talked to him for some reason the thought of "Blur", that old popular band kept playing in my head and no doubt the song "Charming Man" did hit upon my mind.

Bright Sunlight
To Christopher Hitchens
It took some will power to come to a start, eyes wide open as I stared at a blank white piece of paper( the paper being this radioactive monitor which shall rot my little mind). The same as an artist (which also I am) deals with before making a painting or a drawing. Step one, a white, blank canvas with nothing on it. This, by all means, is by far the worst part of the process of creation. Then, I did something silly and had a glass of some fine alcohol and the words o how they do flow out of me.

Memory Lane
Busy busy week! When you have a million and one things to do it's very easy to become bogged down in your own thoughts. Time speeds up when you need it most to slow down, that you may by some miracle finish all that you have to finish. Don't you find that just when you have the most stress you also wonder off into your own head moving from door to door and re discover older memories that you thought were left behind. This isn't one of those morbid posts about the past's where a person whines and moans. No. Rather I enjoy having memories, to look back on them good or bad. It feels as if there is film inside of my head. But, I always wonder how much my mind has Edited over time?Your un-Conscious has this ability to re-order things in a such a way that it's gradual and steady, not noticeable. On a last note Berlin Fashion week seemed to have been a Hit, appart from the Bad weather, cold winds...oh how I miss summer!

Wide Awake in a Sleeping World
Do you ever get one of those days or weeks when you just can not for the life of you have a stable or a normal sleeping pattern? When inspiration and motivation hits, but at the wrong time! Right now is almost 5 a.m. Still, im here sorting out work from photography to digital art work. My, im a busy little bee right now.
On the side listening to Christopher hitchens who dies not long ago from Cancer, instead of feeling sorrow for this great mind I feel energized. As if his death was a wake up call to me (and to many others). Will make efforts to post about Mr Hitchens in a while, but now here is my dear friend Ning. Taken with a 50mm 1.4 USM. So it seems this blog will be a mixture of wors and pictures dancing together in synchronicity being born out of my own little macro cosm.
